How it Works
- Register as a Consignor
Simply complete this form. - Print your tags
Tags will be sent to your email as a PDF once you've registered. You'll need Adobe Reader (free to install) in order to print your tags. - Prepare and price your items
You will want to review the How to Tag Your Items information before you begin so that your items are tagged properly for our sale.
You'll also want to review the list of Accepted Items.
Do not price anything below $1.00 and price in $0.50 increments. Consignors receive 80% of the selling price. We will also have a "FREE" table available for any items that you'd like to give away. You do not need to tag free items. - Drop-Off
Drop-off takes place on Thursday, May 31st from 3:00 pm til 6:00 pm. We will not accept any items after 6:00 pm. We will remove the bottom portion of your tags to keep on file as a record of what you dropped off at the sale. We recommend that you keep your own list of items dropped off. You can find a printable inventory list to use here.
Bring all items to the sale in a disposable box or boxes labeled with your consignor number. - Shop the pre-sale
Consignors shop on Friday afternoon from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. - Pick-Up any unsold items that aren't being donated and your cash!
Pick-up is on Saturday morning from 10:00 am til 12:00 pm. You'll pick up any unsold items that are not marked for donation and your earnings from the sale. All items not picked up by 12:00 pm will be donated and any earnings made will be mailed to consignor.
All items marked for donation, and any items not picked up by the deadline, will be donated to Brown Roof Thrift.
