Upstate Educators Consignment Sale accepts the following items:
New and Gently Used Curriculum
Literature, Fiction and Non-Fiction Books
Educational Workbooks
(must be at least 90% unused - meaning, if you've penciled in the first few pages, that's fine....if half the workbook is completed, then it's not appropriate for our sale.)
Art Materials
(paint brushes, easels, art books, craft kits, craft materials, etc.)
Bulletin Board, Etc
(charts, posters, bulletin board kits, banners, maps, stickers (unused), wall charts, theme decor, etc.)
Dress-Up
(any type of dress up pieces, costumes, etc.)
Foreign Language
(textbooks, workbooks, flashcards, etc.)
Furniture and Equipment
(student desks, bookshelves, dry-erase boards, cork boards, CD & Cassette Radios, filing cabinets, chalk boards, rolling carts, organizing bins & baskets, etc.)
Manipulatives
(counters, blocks, flashcards, etc.)
Musical Equipment
(instruments, textbooks, sheet music, etc.)
Office Supplies
(limited to new, unopened - paper, pencils, pens, markers, crayons, dry erase markers, hole punchers, glue, laminators, binders, printers, file boxes, highlighters, etc.)
Games
(TV/Video games, board games, etc.)
P.E. and Sports Equipment
(uniforms and/or equipment for any major sport...if in doubt, ask us)
Toys
(action figures, Lego, Leap Frog, blocks, Knex, and other educational type toys)
If in doubt about anything you plan to bring to the sale, please ask! If there's something you'd like to bring, but aren't sure that it's allowed or it doesn't fit into any of these categories, please ask!
Sale organizers reserve the right to decline items that are old, outdated or inappropriate for the sale.
We will NOT be accepting the following items:
- No electronic tablets
- No iPods, MP3 players, etc.
- No computers or laptops
- Non-educational toys or games
- Movies and CDs that are not educational
